Kings North Coast Customs is a custom tuning shop and wholesale Harley parts dealer in Astoria. The owner's line is on the wall: horsepower is our goal.
The short version
Kings North Coast Customs tunes motorcycles the way it should be done: on a dyno, with a chart, not by feel. Anything fuel-injected goes on the drum, gets a baseline, gets its fuel map adjusted and comes off with the horsepower its parts were built to make.
The parts side is just as serious. As a wholesale dealer through Western Power Sports, the shop orders aftermarket Harley-Davidson parts at dealer pricing and installs them in the same bay where they get tuned.
The owner says it is the only shop on the West Coast with a motorcycle dyno. Riders from Portland and Seattle are welcome to come and check.

How the shop works
A tune is only finished when the after chart says so. You get the before and after.
WPS carries the brands riders ask for. The shop orders what fits, not what is on the shelf.
Order, install and tune are booked together so the bike leaves finished.
Astoria, Warrenton, Seaside, Cannon Beach and the Long Beach Peninsula. No trip to Portland for a dyno.
Astoria
Highway 30 along the Columbia, Highway 101 down the coast, the Astoria-Megler Bridge to Washington. Some of the best riding in the Northwest starts at the shop's door, and the salt air is hard on bikes, which is another reason to keep them serviced close to home.
